Choose Your Sunday Worship Style
We offer two worship experiences, a traditional and a contemporary worship service. All services are a blend of scripture, music, and teachings delivered in two different but equally reverential styles. Holy Communion is observed on the first Sunday of every month in all Sunday services. Baptisms are performed at the request of parents or guardians and may be done at either service.
For parents attending either of the services, we offer childcare for infants through 3 year olds. At 9:30 am we offer Sunday School for children 4 years of age through High School. During the 11:00 am traditional service, we offer Sunday School for children grades 6 through 12.
Traditional Service Sundays at 9:30 am and 11:00 am (Main Sanctuary)
Normandy’s traditional services each Sunday will allow you to worship God through the beauty of liturgy, hymns, The Voices of Normandy choir, and great biblical teaching.
Contemporary Service Sundays at 9:30 am (Fellowship Hall)
The Anchor is a contemporary worship experience. You will experience great contemporary worship, relevant biblical teaching, and real community. At the Anchor service you will hear cutting edge worship that you would hear regularly on the radio along with many multi-media components to convey the Gospel message in a modern relevant way.
Current Sermon Series
From May 28th through June 25th we invite you to join us for our new series called: “10 Commandments- God’s Wisdom for His People”. The giving of the Ten Commandments is one of the most well-known events in Christianity. Yet, throughout history, many Christians have mistakenly viewed the Commandments as conditions for Gods acceptance, or as some type of admissions test to get into heaven. But why did God really give these laws, and how can we apply them to our lives today? We will be studying the meaning of these laws and the context in which God gave them. We will see the 10 Commandments are not conditions for a relationship with God; they are confirmation of one.
“You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”
2 Timothy 3:14-15
